Mark Stone, longtime practitioner of Ki Gong, Tai Chi, and zen meditation, has launched new Ki Gong resource site InnerMartialArt.com, with a long-term vision of having the site be an authority resource of knowledge for visitors on the art of Qigong.

BALTIMORE, MD, November 09, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mark Stone, director of new Ki Gong resource site InnerMartialArt.com has been practicing Ki Gong,Tai Chi, and zen meditation for over 16 years. A longtime instructor for these and other eastern art forms, and general wellness practices, Stone began planning the site in early 2010. His long-term vision is to have InnerMartialArt.com be a veritable encyclopedia of knowledge of such eastern arts as Tai Chi, Bagua, Wudang and other lineages of Qi Gong (Ki Gong) and related meditative practices. Stone is well on his way as the website is now live, and growing daily. Currently, visitors can watch free instructional videos, download free qigong and related ebooks, learn the history of Ki gong, and get home instruction recommendations. Plans for the end of 2011 for the site include expansion into national directories for yoga, acupuncture, and wellness coaching providers.
