Quickshot XRF Announces New Distributor for Precious Metal Analyzers

NEW YORK, NY, May 21, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- QSX Instruments LLC and Star Struck LLC are pleased to announce a distribution agreement for the Quickshot XRF analyzer line. The agreement names Star Struck LLC as Quickshot XRF's exclusive distributor to the United States jewelry industry. A leader in watch and jewelry supply sales, Star Struck LLC will now provide x-ray fluorescence technology to clients searching for a more accurate method of gold and precious metal analysis.

The two XRF Analyzers that will be offered are the QSX-79T Gold Tester and QSX-295T Precious Metal Assay System. Both units were developed specifically for gold buyers and jewelry refiners using the experience and knowledge that Quickshot XRF associates have of the industry. Using this experience, QSX developed a software package that is simple to utilize and provides all the critical information on one screen. Both XRF analyzers provide karat matching in five seconds with metal concentrations available in sixty seconds (times are user controlled).

While an agreement is already in place, the two organizations will truly begin their promotional efforts at the upcoming JCK Vegas tradeshow (June 4th to 7th at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas). At the jewelry industries premier trade event, Quickshot XRF Sales Associates will be demonstrating a QSX-295T Full Precious Metal Analyzer at Star Struck's booth (# 61104).

Attendees of JCK Vegas will have the opportunity to learn more about x-ray fluorescence technology and the benefits that it provides for jewelry buyers. As more and more organizations are buying scrap gold, XRF technology has emerged as one way to differentiate a buy-back business from the competition.
