Software Developer Co-OpTek Spearheads Release of RxReconcile 3.6
High-end software development firm selected to lead software upgrade addressing Billion Dollar medication sector

BALTIMORE, MD, October 15, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Co-OpTek, a software development and web design firm based in Maryland, was tapped by international healthcare consulting firm, HealthTek Software Solutions, to design version 3.6 of its medication management and reconciliation software, RxReconcile.

HealthTek CEO, Anthony Montville, personally oversaw the software developer selection process. "Several important criteria that had to be met before a selection could be made," Mr. Montville states. "We needed expertise in VB .NET programming of highly complex enterprise software, as well as a creative technical team that turns concepts into working solutions. Co-OpTek topped a list that included many talented software development firms in the US and overseas," Mr. Montville adds.

Co-OpTek will create a best-practices software platform allowing customization of modules to meet individual customer needs while maintaining a parent version of the software that ensures overall product integrity and ease of future software development. Co-OpTek is utilizing an object-oriented methodology in the version 3.6 product refresh.
