As a community service to Marylanders, Investors United School of Real Estate announced today a free lecture series entitled "How to Have a Guaranteed Income for Life" by Charles Parrish on December 3rd at Sheraton BWI, 4th at Marriott in Hunt Valley, and 11th at the Marriott Courtyard in Landover.

BALTIMORE, MD, November 12, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- As a community service to Marylanders, Investors United School of Real Estate announced today a free lecture series entitled "How to Have a Guaranteed Income for Life" by Charles Parrish. A professional real estate investor with forty-one years of experience, Charles Parrish is a licensed and bonded broker, auctioneer, and consultant. Mr. Parrish is the CEO of Auction Brokers and Investors United School of Real Estate, where he has taught more than 2,000 people to become successful investing in real estate.

The "How to Have a Guaranteed Income for Life" lecture series will explore methods of creating wealth in our current "down" real estate market, including: tax sales, creative financing, foreclosures, no-money-down investing, short sales, and more. There will be a question-and-answer session following the lecture; guests are encouraged to bring listings, FSBOs, and questions related to real estate investing.
