ITP Regional Patient Meetings to be Held in New York, LA, Cleveland, DC, and Houston
PDSA hosts these meetings to help those with ITP and other platelet disorders learn about the most up-to-date information on ITP, talk face-to-face with researchers and hematologists, find out how to cope with fatigue and other lifestyle issues, and meet others dealing with these same concerns.

/Maryland News Articles/ - Rockville, MD, September 20, 2008 - The Platelet Disorder Support Association is pleased to announce that five Regional Meetings will be held in major cities across the country this year.

PDSA hosts these regional meetings to help those with ITP and other platelet disorders learn about the most up-to-date information on ITP, talk face-to-face with researchers and hematologists, find out how to cope with fatigue and other lifestyle issues, and meet others dealing with these same concerns. Some of the programs qualify for CME credits.

The following meetings will take place in 2008:

„X Cleveland, Ohio - Saturday, October 18
„X Washington, DC - Saturday, November 1
„X Houston, Texas - Saturday, November 15
